Currently we have an immediate need to add an experienced:

IT Program Management Support
Location: Chantilly,  VA (on-site client environment)
Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph
Compensation: Competitive, Excellent Benefits

In this role, you will be providing IT Program Management Support with a primary focus on integrating and maintaining multiple mission critical IT projects. The project will provide software development support to create mission-critical tools that enable search against structured and unstructured data sets, and allow coordination across the organization, leveraging machine language to discover conclusions that would otherwise be missed.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE:

  • Must maintain an active/current TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
  • Demonstrated experience serving as the primary point of contact on a portfolio for all requests for information related to technical data, costs, schedule performance, and more.
  • Experience leading Lean Agile development teams, and generating sprint plans.
  • Experience developing and maintaining long-term and strategic objectives to ensure that end-user requirements will be satisfied in future years.
  • Demonstrated experience translating customer requirements into system requirements and being able to define MVIs, features, and user stories within the Lean Agile construct.
  • Experience with risk identification, management, and mitigation.
  • Experience analyzing functional business applications and design specifications for fictional activities and translating to IT requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience preparing program plans and reports, to include budget spend plans.
