Currently we have an immediate need to add an experienced:

Systems Integrator
Location: Herndon, VA (on-site client environment)
Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph
Compensation: Competitive, Excellent Benefits

Only applicants with the active required security clearance and are U.S. Citizens will be reviewed.

You will be responsible for providing critical support across multiple projects. In this role you will provide system and requirements integration with the components that perform the essential IT development/engineering of capabilities in support of an enterprise portfolio and project management tool. You will assist in the managing and supporting of the overall financial and business efforts, including a new initiative related to an updated cost recovery model. This work will include assessing and analyzing data through conversations with IT and finance Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), as well as documenting and briefing data related to the program.

The appropriate candidate should have experience with the following:
  • Must maintain active/current TS/SCI with a polygraph clearance.
  • Demonstrated experience leading Agile initiatives across multi-team environments, aligning deliverables with strategic goals and governance frameworks, and experience facilitating sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Demonstrated experience with budget processes and best practices, as well as tracking budgetary funds.
  • Demonstrated experience successfully utilizing customer service principles to work with business leaders and technical experts to communicate organization accomplishments, update statuses, and inform stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Experience in data analysis, requirements gathering, translating complex technical concepts, and visualizing information in a clear way to explain the data at hand to non-technical individuals.
  • Experience utilizing MS Project to identify critical tasks, and EVM for overall project status.
  • Demonstrated experience with resource allocation, optimizing resource assignments, and identifying key resources and the right set of technical skills required for new project initiatives.
  • Experience with EVM, MVIs, and communicating overall business and financial objectives.
