Currently we have an immediate need to add an experienced:
Systems Engineer
Location: Reston VA (on-site client environment)
Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph
Compensation: Competitive, Excellent Benefits

Our project requires application developer support to maintain and enhance an existing social media data exploitation platform, and to maintain and enhance an existing system.

Desired Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining secure web applications on the customer's network JWICS C2S network.
- Coordinate with multiple entities, including mission partners, to ensure tools meet defined requirements.
- Experience writing and tuning complex queries against structured and unstructured data sets using both SQL and ElasticSearch/OpenSearch languages.
- Experience integrating AWS services including Lambdas, SNS, SQS, etc. in the customer's classified environment.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging a background in programming, software tools and packages, operating systems, and networking to solve collection needs in cloud environments.
- Demonstrated experience with Python, Linux shell scripting, Docker, and cloud services such as Lambda functions, S3, EC2, EventBridge, SQS, DynamoDB container services, and more.
- Demonstrated experience transforming data in various file formats into common formats such as JSON, CSV, or XML.
- Important: Demonstrated experience using AWS Cloud Development Kits (CDK's).
