Data Scientist

Seeking a candidate skilled in data visualization and analysis to assist the team with accurate information and presentation of learning related data in order to fulfill our Customer's needs and facilitate data driven decisions.
 

Position Requirements

As a Data Scientist, you will do the following:

• Perform data cleansing, parsing, and standardization.
• Conduct review of large datasets and provide end user analysis.
• Advise our end client on the "experimental" capabilities of both internally developed and commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) packages, and how those integrate into existing solutions and applications.

Required Skills and Demonstrated Experience

• Demonstrated experience performing extract, transform, and load procedures.
• Demonstrated experience collecting and interpreting customer's technical requirements (including AI/ML requirements), and translating those requirements into action items for development.
• Demonstrated experience evaluating tools and algorithms that perform natural language processing, data mining, and analysis.
• Demonstrated experience with scripting languages such as Python.
• Demonstrated experience SQL and database management, as well as demonstrated experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and macros for Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).
• Demonstrated experience developing for, and deploying software onto cloud computing services such as Amazon Web Services.
• Demonstrated advanced experience in data science, and designing and creating reports using Tableau.
